Mary's Story

MaryI started Jazzericise at the end of February 2008.  I knew with my family history of high cholesterol and heart problems I needed to make exercise a weekly routine in my life.  I've always been an active person so riding bikes, golfing, and walking are activities I've enjoyed for years.  Despite that they were not routine weekly activities, they were only seasonal.  When winter came I hybernated, enjoyed comfort food, and hung my coat on the exercise bike! 

In the past 3 months since I've joined Jazzercise I have noticed a big change in how toned I am becoming.  The folds of fat that hang over and under my bra straps are beginning to dissappear!  I'm starting to wear belts again which I gave up years ago.  I'm still battling the tummy bulge but I know I can tone that up too!  Plus, I need to get my energy level up for my new grandbaby boy who is expected to arrive in mid-June!  Everyone is so nice and it's fun to laugh and have a good time while exercising!  I know now, I couldn't live without it because I really look forward to coming each week and that's what was missing for me - staying motivated!  I love Jazzercise!
